We use the word "tool" broadly as short-hand for any resource that is useful to boards, executives and staff in times of leadership transition and ongoing leader development/succession planning. Tools may be surveys, articles, discussion outlines or PowerPoint on a topic, how to do an assessment or facilitate a transition planning board gathering, etc.
If you would like to suggest a document for consideration, please e-mail Suzanne Tan with the document attached, or provide a link, and a brief description and the category in which you recommend it listed. We also welcome suggestions on kinds of tools and specific examples you have found helpful, would like to see added, or would like to contribute.
